Description

You'll spend time in a local garden with Los Angeles gardener, Natalie.

We'll start with a quick tour of the facility (Sepulveda Community Garden Center).

It's a beautiful place with a wide variety of plants and wildlife.

Then we'll settle into my garden.

You'll get to know local living herb plants and their uses.

Drink herbal tea
Make herb bundles to take home
Meditate with the plants

It'll be a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of LA life, where you can re-connect with nature's thriving beings.

Things to consider:
We may be visited by squirrels, lizards, and a large variety of birds.

They are all an important part of the garden, so please be respectful of their presence.

Wear clothes that will be comfortable for the weather conditions of the day, a hat, close-toed shoes, a beach towel to sit on and water.

You are welcome to bring a picnic lunch to eat in the garden or anywhere in the park after the workshop.
